Two Buffalo Grove schools have been named 2008 No Child Left Behind-Blue Ribbon Schools. Ivy Hall Elementary School and St. Mary School were visited by a representative of the U. S. Department of Education last month to help celebrate the honor. The schools' principals attended a U.S. Department of Education ceremony in Washington, D.C. Oct. 21 to accept the award.
